The Sr. Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all project activities to contractual requirements.



  • Direct daily project activities to enable achievement of all project goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Direct and oversee all planning activities to include timely execution of all project tasks as well as provide regular status reports
  • Develop, oversee and maintain QA plan to continuously identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining adherence to contract driven key performance requirements
  • Lead QA contractor tasks for reviewing and providing feedback on project processes, deliverables and activities for planning, development, testing, integration, performance, regression, acceptance testing, training and implementation of project
  • Track issues for any unresolved QA comments and feedback
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the project program and requirements to ensure contract compliance
  • Conduct periodic reviews of compliance of deliverables and activities with IV&V requirements
  • Work closely with implementation manager and client project management team
  • Manage and oversee all project staff
  • Produce the quality assurance and performance reports as required by contract and project operations
  • Provide feedback on requirements and functional specifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in related field required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum (5) five years experience in the management of QA of implementation projects required
  • Certified Manager of Software Quality (CMSQ) certification required
  • Recent child support experience preferred
  • Additional professional training and designation highly desirable
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
