MAXIMUS is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with experience gathering, deriving and analyzing business requirements and establishing systems specifications. The role will include decomposing requirements and engaging with architects and senior engineers to capture business and technical solutions architecture. The individual must have over 5 years of experience in all aspects of business and systems analysis supporting large complex enterprise IT programs. Ideal candidate will have a wide range of experience supporting a variety of technology programs and implementation methodologies to include agile and other lean approaches. As a member of the Strategic Solutions group, the candidate must have proven experience to operate independently and demonstrated experience supporting a team of architects and senior engineers including documentation and facilitation of solution discussions.
