  • Assists Executive Director with project record keeping, emails, policy, client communication
  • Records, logs, tracks critical project communication
  • Independently develops and implements modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities
  • Conducts statistical analyses and evaluates a wide variety of information to assess operational difficulties and develop solutions to complex problems, including escalated issues
  • Creates, analyzes and delivers customized reporting for both internal and external audiences
  • Develops high-quality communications suitable for clients
  • Runs reports in various systems, analyze data as needed for executive staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
  • 3-5 year operations experience required
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate to expert Excel and Microsoft Project skills
  • Background in statistical analysis and reporting
  • PMP certification
