Career Compass is the intake program for the New York City Career Pathways Programs. Service Coordinators assigned to Career Compass will conduct assessments of the individual participants, develop a service plan and refers to HRA approved programs that meet the interest and skill level of the participant. Participants will be assigned to Career Compass for an average of four weeks. Career Compass is a combination line item and performance based contract.
The position of Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day direction of workflow and staff. This position ensures contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures.
