The Deputy Project Director delivers performance metrics and meets financial targets for the statewide eligibility operation. They oversee the operational, training, business analysis and operations research components of the project as well as the ten Regional Change Centers and the Central Change Center. They work closely with the executive management team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the project. Position provides over site of all weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting to satisfy KPR requirements and responds to client requests. They ensure special projects, curriculum development and delivery are in sync and approved by client. They are responsible for coordinating processes by formulating policies, managing staff and daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources administrative services.
