The Sr Human Capital Manager is responsible for overseeing all human capital functions for the project. The manager’s purpose is to ensure high quality and effective human capital operations and administration.
Provide oversight for all human capital functions and serves as the corporate interface for the coordination of all human capital and payroll activities
Direct project recruitment and hiring efforts to maintain compliance with company policies and contract requirements, and provide information and assistance to job applicants
Track and record employee's billable and benefit hours and manage the processing of employee time sheets, benefits, and other human resource documentation
Track employee satisfaction, initiate processes to improve employee satisfaction, and makes certain employee grievances are addressed in a timely manner
Maintain personnel data including employment and other pertinent information and maintains the privacy and security of employee information, files, and performance reviews
Participate in the development, delivery, and coordination of training activities at all levels to make certain that staff are knowledgeable regarding contract and corporate requirements pertaining to human capital
Review and make recommendations on salary, bonuses, and awards
Develop, update and communicate human capital policies and procedures
Oversee the development and distribution of human capital reports
Provide direct supervision for the Human Capital department and provide staff and management counseling
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
5 years of recruitment and benefits administration experience
6 years of supervisory experience
Experience managing human capital activities for health and human services call centers
Extensive knowledge of personnel and human capital practices; excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Ability to use a personal computer
Mastery of basic Human Resources core principles
Excellent training development and delivery skills
PHR/SPHR certification, preferred
