Overview

*This is a remote position that requires working from a home office; candidates may be located anywhere in the US.

 

 

The Product Management Director will work closely with the S.V.P of Performance Analytics and other colleagues to shape the future of key products delivered by SOA-PAX. Owns the efficient and predictable delivery of product releases that are designed to drive operational understanding and efficiency. Evaluates new technology and methods for potential and practicality in delivering Business Intelligence capability.

 

This is a hands-on position that ensures releases are understood well by the deployment team so that the PAX products are used well in managing operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing product release lifecycle and associated budgets.
  • Develop and implement methods and processes for improving the maturity of product and deployment delivery.
  • Evaluate and select correct analysis and design concepts and fundamental approaches and technology used.
  • Collaborate with Deployment organization to ensure the PAX products realize their intended benefits in the field.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; field of study in science , music, or highly related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Ability to bring integrity and trust to all interactions and promote a culture that makes and meets its commitments with high quality.
  • Natural affinity for higher maturity approaches and keeping the team up-to-date as things change.
  • Ability to asses and coach both functional and technical team members.
  • Hands on, entrepreneurial approach to owning and solving problems.
  • Extensive and contemporary Business Intelligence solution subject matter expertise.
