*This is a remote position that requires working from a home office; candidates may be located anywhere in the US.
Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager, the Analyst designs, documents, and studies the use of business processes with an operation with the goal of driving process repeatability and improvement through efficient process design, quantitative process analysis, and staffing optimization.
The position is responsible for overseeing the effective use of data, reports, and business processes to support project operations, operational improvement, and workforce management and optimization.
The position closely collaborates with the corporate SOA PAX function for best practice methods and technical expertise. Emphasizing effective collaboration with all process stakeholders, the Analyst utilizes documented processes and workflows, determine the impact of proposed changes on underlying processes, and make appropriate recommendations for operational execution that will positively impact effectiveness - especially related to staffing and performance.
The position also analyses process performance using existing reporting capabilities in order to detect process performance problems and define improvements. The position provides guidance, background information, and assistance to management staff on the development of new reports and the modification and interpretation of existing reports to support operational review.
