The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all associated financial responsibilities spanning multiple locations in the NY Career Pathways Contracts. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for managing day to day project financial processes to ensure contract compliance for the NYC Career Pathways Contracts. These contracts are a combination of line item and performance based payments. This role will also be responsible to oversee process improvements in financial analysis and reporting. The successful candidate for this position reports to the Project Director. This is a leadership role to manage, serve and oversee as point of contact/liaison all financial processes related to all facets of the NY Career Pathways Contract’s fiscal activity.
Develops and recommends practices and procedures to ensure financial reporting controls are in place and work with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Manages pricing/new initiatives
Work with project management teams to develop, administer, and implement process improvements and solid communication of the methodologies and cost allocation expectations for utilizing the Shared Services Platform
Coordinates with Audit departments to ensure compliance with Governmental regulations.
