The Operations Program Manager is responsible for providing program management for a large information technology (IT) contract.
Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations
Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract IT O&M operations support functions and multi-faceted, complex, and inter-related IT projects with a combined scope over 15,000 users and 50 sites in WAN/LAN environments
Experience managing teams of contract support personnel with diverse IT skill sets at multiple locations
Experience maintaining and managing client interface at senior levels across multiple client organizations
Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs
Experience in overseeing and formulating project management support documents and plans, and assisting federal managers, project managers, and/or project management support staff in coordinating formulation of such documents
