Provides hand-on management and administration of the Company’s compensation program in the areas of salary plan administration, variable incentive compensation, salary survey/market analysis and job analysis and other day to day tasks.


  • Develop compensation policies, programs, services and tools that improve process and efficiency with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service. Provides analytical expertise and guidance in their implementation and administration
  • Lead the implementation of a streamlined compensation structure
  • Develop processes and oversees the communication, roll-out, and project management of the focal point salary planning and incentive payout processes at both the corporate and project levels
  • Oversee the company’s job library and associated documentation
  • Assist in the development of position control and job mapping processes and oversees implementation and maintenance
  • Perform job analysis, position evaluation, and market pricing to ensure consistency in internal titling, job descriptions and salary recommendations. Ensure new positions are FLSA compliant
  • Provide analytical and subject matter expertise in the area of compliance for compensation programs with an emphasis on the regulatory environment applicable to government contractors



The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferred field of study: HR, Business or Accounting
  • 6-9 years compensation experience in a publicly traded global organization
  • Workday Experience Required
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Experience working with Workday’s compensation module
  • Demonstrated proficiency with administration/management of non-executive compensation programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate findings into clear and concise documents and presentations 
  • Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to compensation (e.g., FLSA)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Expertise in pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee compensation programs
  • Experience working for government contractors desired
  • Experience with populations covered by the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act is a plus
