Working closely with the Director of Product Management and other colleagues by participating in and shaping the future of key products delivered by SOA-PAX. Supports the efficient and predictable delivery of product releases that are designed to drive operational understanding and efficiency. Evaluates new technology and methods for potential and practicality in delivering Business Intelligence capability.
This is a hands-on position that ensures releases are understood well by the deployment team so that the PAX products are used well in managing operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.



  • Manage product release life-cycle and associated budgets
  • Develop and implement methods and processes for improving the maturity of products and deployment delivery
  • Evaluate and select correct analysis and design concepts and fundamental approaches and technology used
  • Collaborate with Deployment organization to ensure the PAX products realize their intended benefits
  • Provide hands on support during various stages of the life-cycle to include requirements analysis, testing and product support
  • Identify, track, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and upper management
  • Supervise, manage, and mentor staff, assign and direct their activities
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to create innovative, viable approaches for new and existing products
  • Coordinate, prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal stakeholders as well as prospective customers

  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills, as well as an understanding of client relationship building are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and work as a team member as well as independently.
  • 3+ years of team management experience plus 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Intelligence, BPM, Business Analysis, Data Science, Operations or Product Management
  • Relevant industry experience to include government services, healthcare, insurance preferred
  • Proficiency with state healthcare programs (e.g., Medicaid, CHIP) and related functions (e.g., enrollment management, eligibility determination) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; field of study in Science, Analytics, Business, or Music preferred
