The receptionist will be responsible for receiving all project visitors, representing the company and general office duties.


  • Greet office visitors and ensure that facility visitors complete all required documentation related to the security of PHI
  • Update all sign in/sign out logs at the front desk
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, and record and distribute telephone messages
  • Assist other business units/departments on special projects as requested, and approved by Director of Administration
  • Retrieve and route correspondence (faxes, letters, etc.)
  • Prepare outgoing and log incoming shipments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 0 – 1 years of experience
  • Previous experience as a receptionist preferred
  • Formalized administrative services coursework preferred
  • At least one (1) year of customer services experience  preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact courteously with a variety of people
  • Responsible for adhering to established safety standards
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
  • Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Work is constantly performed in an office environment
