The Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) established a strategic initiative called ConsularOne to implement the new technology framework and the online services. The ConsularOne initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework to better support the services provided to CA’s customers (United States citizens and non-citizens living domestically and abroad).
The main objective of the Consular Systems Modernization contract is to provide the services and technology required to support the ConsularOne program
This position is contingent upon award of the Federal contract. This project will be located in Washington, DC.
At least five (5) years of consulting experience within the IT industry
Deep technical and functional understanding on Siebel 7 and 8 out-of-the-box offerings
Must understand Siebel architecture and framework capabilities including understanding Gateway Server, Enterprise Server and Siebel Server
Prior experience in designing Siebel environment for optimal performance, failover and scalability
Experience with providing hardware and database sizing for a large Siebel implementations
Extensive experience with installing, configuring and administering Siebel applications
Extensive experience and knowledge with performance tuning of Siebel implementations
Knowledge and experience with integrating to third party security frameworks such as Active Directory, SUN One LDAP
Knowledge with CTI integrations with Siebel call center experience is desirable
