Overview

The Coordinator-Business assists the QA & Training Manager and the IT Admin 2-Bus Sys in the areas of systems and data auditing, tracking, and reporting. Also acts as a liaison with the QA Team to ensure contract compliance and assists Outreach team in expediting stalled cases to ensure enrollment process meets contract standards. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assists the QA & Training Manager and the IT Admin 2-Bus Sys in the areas of systems and data auditing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assists in obtaining data and preparation of reports.
  • Produces ad-hoc reports, such as consumer demographics and strategic planning information, for Department and project staff as requested.
  • Assists in the evaluation and enhancement of reporting system efficiency.
  • Participates in the administration of project and program contract activities.
  • Extracts, tabulates, graphs, and reports data to support project activity and assist in management decision making.
  • Acts as a liaison with the QA Team to ensure contract compliance.
  • Assist in audits, evaluation, tracking, and reports program implementation and project activity for Quality Assurance and contract compliance purposes.
  • Coordinates with the training team and participates in front-line staff training for the purpose of achieving and maintaining exceptional quality assurance goals 
  • Works closely with staff users and Corporate Systems staff to define requirements, test criteria, and success factors for systems modifications.
  • Develops test plans and test scenarios, conducts tests, and evaluates results.
  • Participates in change management and system release planning.
  • Seeks ways to continuously improve business processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required; field of study in Information Technology preferred
  • Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 2 to 4 years of experience required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • 1 year experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment required
  • Ability to conduct and manage project reviews and communicate process improvement recommendations
