Position's purpose is to assist supervisor/manager with ensuring that the daily workload is completed within the contractual timeframes.


  • Works complex cases and assists with priority cases. 
  • Performs quality control reviews on review closures, completed petitions, and legal action referrals.
  • Works closely with new staff throughout their training period to ensure that information provided during formal classroom training is applied to casework. 
  • Assists customers with questions regarding review and adjustment.
  • Conducts quality assurance review closures, LARs and administrative modified orders.
  • Provides feedback to supervisor on quality control results.
  • Assists with monthly unit reports.
  • Serves as interstate liaison on modification reviews.
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of case information.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • Associates degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of child support or related experience, specializing in review and adjustment of child support orders
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to work under strict production timeframes
  • Ability to work effectively with other staff
  • Ability to work with the public in a courteous and professional manner
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
  • Associate’s degree and/or relevant years of experience preferred
