Project/Position Introduction

The Project Analyst will provide project management and administrative support for an ongoing project to support the cybersecurity division of a government customer.  


The Project Analyst performs various analytical and management functions to support of the project. The primary responsibilities include coordination activities for the government, meeting administration and developing requested reports.


  • Maintain various reports for government review and compliance
  • Maintain calendar and invitations
  • Facilitate some meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
  • Draft deliverables and submit input on a timely basis
  • Support and faciliate meetings
  • Act as a liaison between teams, monitor and provide update of taskers for the government
  • Perform special projects as assigned by leadership

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience required
  • Experience planning and organizing in-person and virtual meetings
  • Experience providing meeting support to include minutes and reports including research and soliciting and reviewing comments
  • Experience managing agendas, task lists, email and web communications
  • Ability to support multiple programs with multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to deal with various stakeholders from IT levels to administrative support levels
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn government automated systems

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift or transport objects up to 25 lbs
  • Work is performed in a general office environment

Additional Requirements as per the Contract/Client

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust - Moderate Risk security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
