The Human Capital Compliance Manager will be responsible for overall oversight and administration of OFCCP and Affirmative Action compliance and internal compliance programs. This role will manage the administration, research and monitoring of EEOC/AAP, OFCCP, VETs, disabled and other anti-discrimination compliance practices, including meeting DOL audit timelines by using project management principles. This role partners with Human Resources and business leaders to evaluate the current use and performance of Compliance programs and develop recommendations on improvement.
Juris Doctorate with concentration in employment law and 2 years relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business related field with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, required. Comprehensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws, regulations and policies. Experience managing OFCCP/EEO/AAP related functions, knowledge of laws governing these functions.
