The Contracts Director is responsible for managing all contracts for Project. Position also includes management of all Project related communications including social media activities and internal communications.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience; Juris Doctorate Degree preferred
10 years of related experience
10 years of strong leadership/management experience
Contract experience and demonstrated knowledge of all practices, procedures and processes involved in contract management of major operations contracts, as well as subcontract development, negotiation and management.
Includes 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex agreements and contracts including government and other Public Sector clients.
Current knowledge of applicable contract laws.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, contracts and clients simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills
Must possess a high level of business acumen and ability to handle difficult situations which require diplomacy and tact with professionalism and efficiency.
Must possess strong management and leadership skills as well as planning and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Healthcare industry a plus.
