The Communications Director is responsible for managing all Project related communications including social media activities and internal communications. This position also manages all contracts for Project.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
10 years of related experience.
10 years of strong leadership/management experience.
Contract experience and demonstrated knowledge of all practices, procedures and processes involved in contract management of major operations contracts, as well as subcontract development, negotiation and management.
Includes 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex agreements and contracts including government and other Public Sector clients.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, contracts and clients simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
Must possess a high level of business acumen and ability to handle difficult situations which require diplomacy and tact with professionalism and efficiency.
Must possess strong management and leadership skills as well as planning and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Healthcare industry a plus.
