  • Overview

    The Analyst- Policy & Process is responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of all program processes and policies to support the program.


    • Analyze trends, conduct time studies, and create solutions to ensure processes are aligned to comply with client policy, and to meet or exceed contractual and internal performance standards and expectations.
    • Document issues and performance measures, provide recommendations, create and implement strategies to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs
    • Create and/or maintain deliverable artifacts
    • Create sophisticated and comprehensive reports used to educate and assist site management and program client
    • Develop processes to build operational policies, procedures, and/or user guides
    • Develop processes to conduct business process improvement projects
    • Analyze existing forms, reports and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods


    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university accepted, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
    • Minimum 5 years related work experience required
    • Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (including word, excel, powerpoint, project and visio)
