The Analyst- Policy & Process is responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of all program processes and policies to support the program.
Analyze trends, conduct time studies, and create solutions to ensure processes are aligned to comply with client policy, and to meet or exceed contractual and internal performance standards and expectations.
Document issues and performance measures, provide recommendations, create and implement strategies to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs
Create and/or maintain deliverable artifacts
Create sophisticated and comprehensive reports used to educate and assist site management and program client
Develop processes to build operational policies, procedures, and/or user guides
Develop processes to conduct business process improvement projects
Analyze existing forms, reports and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university accepted, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years related work experience required
Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (including word, excel, powerpoint, project and visio)
