    The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations for a program, including staffing, performance monitoring, quality assurance oversight, training, auditing and compliance with internal and external requirements across multiple sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage direct reports and the general activities of the program’s operations
    • Develop and implement company policies and procedures as well as ensure compliance with these procedures
    • Collaborate with other managers to ensure effective coordination of activities
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and other external entities as needed
    • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improve service levels and overall operational efficiency
    • Monitor performance against key indicators established internally or externally by the client
    • Develop performance goals and objectives for staff and monitor achievement of those goals
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

     

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
    • Five (5) years of related experience required on projects dealing with appeals, invoices, change requests, and identifying/recovering overpayments
    • Three (3) years of leadership experience required
    • Experience managing to meeting/exceeding contractual obligations such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and any additional metrics related to:
      • Systems support and process integration
      • Procedures
      • Documentaion preparation
    • Previous experience reporting directly to a Program Manager/Project Director/Project Manager required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
    • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new concepts
    • Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and put it into practice

     

    Additional Requirements as per Contract/Client:

    • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
    • United States Citizenship
