  • Overview

    The Healthcare Analyst is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance audits to enable MAXIMUS to meet corporate and contractual quality objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees Quality Assurance audits to enable MAXIMUS to meet corporate and contractual quality objectives. Oversees Quality Assurance audits to enable MAXIMUS to meet corporate and contractual quality objectives. Designs and manages an effective quality assurance program that monitors and proactively resolves issues. We will train a strong candidate on the Quality piece.
      • Develops and manages a comprehensive project Quality Control Plan as well as develops best practices and process
      • Develops and reviews all documentation required to meet the requirements of the
      • Manages all reporting functions in support of project contractualEnsures that MAXIMUS is in compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, state and federal regulations, and the terms and conditions of the RFP and proposal as related to Quality Assurance.Works with the Call Center Manager and Training manager to address any trends that might impact SLAs.
      • Provides the Business Account Manager with updates on all issues regarding quality assurance as well as business requirement policy and procedures.

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    At least three (3) years experience in a health or social services contact center OR heathcare administrative or reporting field.
    Knowledge of health and human service program enrollment helpful
    Experience with information technologies, performance monitoring and process mapping helpful
    Basic research skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
    Computer literacy
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
