The Healthcare Analyst is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance audits to enable MAXIMUS to meet corporate and contractual quality objectives.
At least three (3) years experience in a health or social services contact center OR heathcare administrative or reporting field.
Knowledge of health and human service program enrollment helpful
Experience with information technologies, performance monitoring and process mapping helpful
Basic research skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
