The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance audits to enable MAXIMUS to meet corporate and contractual quality objectives.
At least three (3) years experience in a health or social services quality assurance and/or reporting field
Knowledge of health and human service program enrollment
Experience with information technologies, performance monitoring and process mapping
Basic research skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people
Experience developing and delivering a quality program and leading a team of quality specialists
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
