    Overview

    The Project Manager - IT will be responsible for the technical liaison between CA Lifeline Project and MAXIMUS IT with responsibilities for oversight of application support, network support, database administration, system security, requirement confirmation and definition and system enhancements. The Project Manager - IT will be 100% dedicated to the CA Lifeline Project.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Act as technical liaison between CA Lifeline Project and MAXIMUS IT with responsibilities for oversight of application support, network support, database administration, system security, requirement confirmation and definition and system enhancements
    • Supervise and manage third-party task processing platform system configuration, quality check and custom programing for CA Lifeline
    • Support the implementation and configuration of a third-party task processing system
    • Provide vendor management in conjunction with MAXIMUS VM team, including contract scope management and contract compliance
    • Direct and maintain process system improvement efforts
    • Oversee technical integration with the State of California OSP
    • Coordinate monitoring and support of this technical integration on an ongoing basis
    • In conjunction with MAXIMUS Telecom, coordinate the development and maintenance of the telephony environment during the implementation and operational phases of the project lifecycle
    • Work with management staff to extend existing, develop new and uphold MAXIMUS IT policies and procedures in support of project operations
    • Report on the state of the IT/telephony environment to the project management team
    • Work with the Project leadership to develop operational and contract reports
    • Participate in corporate and client meetings to develop, maintain, and modify, when appropriate the IT and telephony environments
    • Participate with corporate and project management to evaluate, design and implement contract add-ons
    • Support additional operational and technical staff as required

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical communications degree required
    • 5+ years of relevant experience involving service integration projects or programs of similar size and complexity, their Information Technology Systems and their Telecommunications Systems
    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience providing technical oversight for application support, network support, database administration, system security, requirements confirmation and definition, and system enhancements for projects or programs of at least similar size and complexity
    • Perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
    • Work as a team member, as well as independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Build positive relationships among senior management, staff, and client personnel
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills ITIL/ITSM
    • Experience in ITIL/ITSM
    • Provide end user IT Support
    • Experience with telephony systems, including call center environments
    • Experience working with general networking systems/environments
    • Experience working with system security models and tools
    • Experience working with database and application support models
    • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), Solix 360 Platform Configuration
    • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
