Position will be responsible for ongoing application administrations and support for shared services managed within the H&HS space. Focused work around the ongoing technical solutions around service management and service management updates. Resource to assist with Priority 1&2 escalations within MAXIMUS IT which includes in-depth knowledge of all components within the infrastructure space.
