-Lead and implement the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of a variety of reports, internal/external resource documents, and surveys.
-Publish results for utilization by internal and external clients, as appropriate.
-Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems; ensure data accuracy and validate all data collection methods used in reporting projects.
-Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information.
-Evaluate data quality, applications, and functions, produce output, and maintain reporting operations and documentation.
-Research new data sources and analytical tools.
-Contribute to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation.
-Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements, developing business processes, and providing production support to the operation.
-Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management and/or the client as appropriate.
-Analyze existing systems, programs, policies, and organizational processes and recommend enhancements and improved solutions.
-Manage efficient execution of business meetings with internal project staff, client staff, and/or project vendors.
-Document best practices and continuously measures outcomes for desired results.
-Work effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.
-Ensure all business requirements and business processes are adequately documented.
-Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
