  • Responsibilities

    -Assists the Document Processing Supervisor in providing supervision to Document Processing Staff.
    -Assists Document Processing Supervisor in overseeing all Document Processing activities, including incoming mail, outgoing mail, document scanning/imaging validation, and document routing. 
    -Assists Enrollment & Eligibility Manager in ensuring that waiver applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
    -Performs quality control and quality assurance reviews; maintain reports to track historical performance (both internal performance and subcontractor performance), and ensure compliance with performance standards. 
    -Assists with the development and implementation of procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the mailroom and forms processing.
    -Assists with training of the Document Processing Staff with Mailroom, Imaging, and Forms Processors.
    -Reports any issues, concerns, and/or problems to the Document Processing Supervisor.
    -Verifies accuracy of mailings on a daily basis.
    -Reviews incoming documentation from Physicians, Area Agencies on Aging and Enrollment Brokers for completeness.
    -Performs Document Processing Admin duties as needed.

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
    • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
    • Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
