  • Responsibilities


    The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities and supervision of the Quality Assurance team with a focus on measuring adherence to policies and procedures, contract, and regulatory compliance performance, and quality controls as outlined in the Quality Management Plan.

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • Oversee completion of quality Assurance audits and reports
    • Participate in the development of Project QA Plan
    • Develop Quality Checklist, based upon client requirements
      Identify avenues to improve business process by analyzing quality evaluations and making recommendations to operations management
    • Prepare daily,  weekly and monthly reports for Project Management based upon monthly audits of caseload and other areas as defined by the QA plan
    • Participate in internal audits of policies and procedures of other departments
      Act as subject matter expert for the Project
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management
      Supervises QA Specialist
    • Reviews and distributes daily work
    • Experience supervising a Customer Service or Quality related function
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience documenting, auditing and improving business processes and procedures
    • Ability to facilitate productive meetings and training sessions
    • Ability to lead and complete projects
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Experience in development of action plans
    • Understanding of standard business processes, systems and quality principles
    • Continuous improvement experience, including working with corrective and preventative action programs


    a) a graduate degree in from an accredited institution; b) (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent subject matter experience; and two (2) years supervisory experience or three (3) years case management experience determined acceptable by the Agency.
