-Responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools and services while defining standard work and promoting process optimization.
-Drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and coordinate project resources.
-Implement technologies and services to meet short & long term business needs. Partner with IT or Vendor teams on system design and gap analysis.
-Prioritize critical initiatives and resources, and make v. buy evaluations.
-Coordinate the collection and documentation of global business requirements.
-Coordinate the collection and documentation of system configuration and integration specifications, test plans, and use cases.
-Coordinate the roll-out of new tools and systems including delivery of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, test and training materials and post-launch support resources.
-Analyze large amounts of data and complex processes to identify specific opportunities to implement seamless data flows.
-Communicate with project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis.
-Provide pre and post launch communications to impacted teams.
-Drive process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility.
-Develop measures to define progress and success.
-Establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment.
-Maintain project budgets and forecasts.
-Train and advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of systems.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.
- General application of concepts & principles.
- Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
- Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
