  • Responsibilities

    -Develop and generate client and director/executive-level contract reports.
    -Oversee all project A/P activities for the Finance Analyst, logging invoices and billings and assisting as needed in forecast activities, processing invoices and reimbursements, and acting as the point of contact for the project on purchases, travel and expense reporting.
    -Monitor Ticket Project internal control measures and external success measures.
    -Design, maintain, and update project task tracking lists for Project Director and client interactions.
    -Coordinate all of client’s reporting, monitoring and tracking deliverables of project and management team.
    -Maintain deliverables log, monitor staff production levels and ensure adequate and accurate reporting on deliverables per the contract-required, and management-determined, due dates.
    -Provide daily administrative support to the Project Director’s office including call/’mail logging, note-taking, e-filing, data entry, recordkeeping, rosters and schedule maintenance, and upkeep of other management tools.
    -Coordinate all suitability application and badge processes per client requirements, managing project overall suitability list, as well as systems access documentation, project annual compliance training and work associated with completion of annual evaluations for all project staff.
    -High School Diploma or GED required.
    -Associate's degree preferred.
    -3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support services involving sensitive information.

    - Must be a United States Citizen

    - Must be able to pass Federal Background Check
