  • Responsibilities

    -Receive, review, and process incoming mail via USPS, FedEx, and fax.
    -Attach received documents to existing appeals and/or create new appeals as needed.
    -Process all outgoing mail requests and perform quality control on all notices prior to being mailed to the appellant.
    -Input appeal information into CMS-approved templates for a multitude of various notice types.
    -Receive requests from other functional areas to attach, print, and track notices in preparation for mailing to the appellant.
    -Review automated, pre-populated notices to ensure all information is accurate prior to mailing.
    -Utilze approved job aids and company intranet in order to perform daily tasks and keep current on departmental/company policies and procedures.
    -High School Diploma or GED required.
    -At least one (1) year of relevant experience required.
    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
    -Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
    -Accurate data entry skills and the ability to type at lease 40 keystrokes/minute.
    -Ability to navigate and efficiently use CRM systems.
    -Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser.
    -Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
