-Provides analysis from HRIS systems to management and employees.
-Provides resolution on issues within our HRIS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Costpoint
-Provides analysis on MAXIMUS policies.
-Provides guidance to MAXIMUS employees and HC field reps and management regarding MMS processes regarding workflow and proper approvals for audit tracking of HC functions.
-Monitors systems to identify trends for field HR to determine if actions are necessary.
-Assists HC Directors with projects or managing coordination of HC processes.
-Answers HCRC shared email box and answers phone calls from Field HR representatives.
-Provides overview insight on employee questions, provide assistance on internal issues regarding employee transactions and services.
-Performs auditing and reporting on a payroll cycle basis
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problem with limited scope.
- Above average Excel Skills
- Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
- Individual contributor representing the most common entry point for this career stream.
- Bachelors Degree with 0-3 years of experience. Concentration in Economics or Human Resource Management
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
