    Job Summary:
    The Operations Manager provide oversight and direction of the remote staff supporting the E-rate Program. The manager will supervise the daily activities of their direct reports, monitors and tracks employee performance, ensures operational activities are performed on schedule and provides employee coaching and development as needed.

    Essential Job Duties:
    •Manages a team of operational reviewers and subject matter experts, assigns work and oversees employee performance
    •Manages employees’ work schedules
    •Ensures operational policies and procedures are followed
    •Completes daily and weekly administrative deliverables, including progress reports
    •Meets performance SLAs and KPIs as determined by senior leadership and client requirements
    •Performs other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
    •Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience required
    •Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
    •Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
    •Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    •Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently with minimal supervision
    •Ability to conduct and manage project reviews and communicate process improvement recommendations

    Additional Requirements as per Contract/Client:
    •United States Citizenship

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience.
    • Delivers a single large project or multiple smaller projects at the same time.
    • Makes informed decisions and ensures adherence to budgets.
    • Recommends innovative methodologies, techniques, and criteria for projects.
    • Knowledge of workflows and project mapping.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
    • Communicates updates and project status effectively and efficiently.
