  • Responsibilities

    -Overall responsibility for identifying and documenting Quality Control business requirements and processes, including providing clarification on any requirement discrepancies.
    -Performs all internal reporting needs of the Quality Control Operations team.
    -Understands Quality Control business problems and opportunities and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
    -Extracts, tabulates, and analyzes data to support program activity and assists in Management decision making.
    -Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to new processes, functionality, and/or proposed solutions within Quality Control.
    -Identifies, analyzes, and communicates all system and process defects.
    -Identifies innovative strategies to create operational and/or system efficiencies.
    -Works closely with business owners, operations, users, and systems staff to improve business efficiency.
    -Works effectively with internal and external business partners in the delivery of solutions.
    -Provides production support for Quality Control Operations.
    -Monitors process data to identify potential system and process issues.
    -Monitors QCDT for efficiency.
    -Responsible for adhering to established safety standards.
    -Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
    -Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds.
    -Work is constantly performed in an office environment.
    -Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

    The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
    • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.
    • General application of concepts & principles.
    • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
    • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
    • Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
    • Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
