- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Have 6 months+ of customer service experience
- Speak and read English and Spanish clearly and professionally
- Type a minimum of 20 WPM
- Work effectively within deadlines
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and like helping people
- Easily organize simultaneous tasks
