    Job Description Summary

    This position assists in the development, coordination and implementation of a variety of program outreach and promotional efforts under the Beneficiary Outreach scope of work including social media activities, presentations, written articles and blogs, multimedia products, marketing materials, and WISE webinars. This includes: process development, implementation and documentation; coordinating efforts of Ticket Program Consultants, subject matter experts, and sub-contractors; developing and implementing project plans and materials; creating and/or editing outreach content; gathering and reporting on performance results; coordinating efficient ways to organize and communicate activities and workflow; maintaining and organizing departmental documents; providing administrative support for outreach activities and meetings; and working in collaboration with other departments to ensure beneficiary outreach activities are developed and delivered effectively and efficiently. Some travel may be required.

    Job Duties
    Develop, document and implement internal and external processes to coordinate program outreach efforts including the efforts of Ticket Program Consultants, subject matter experts, and sub-contractors
    Assist in content development, editing and implementation of website content, printed materials, on-line tutorials, blogs, podcasts, and WISE Webinar design and facilitation as it pertains to beneficiary outreach
    Gather, manipulate and use analytical tools to track output results of beneficiary outreach activities. Produce ongoing outcome-based reports and ad-hoc reports
    Coordinate the planning and facilitation of virtual job fair events and other beneficiary outreach events
    Support the scheduling, planning, and documentation of meetings
    Create, coordinate and maintain efficient methods to organize and communicate outreach activities and workflow between other departments, client, subcontractors and consultants including the use of file sharing and technology to support collaboration
    Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and materials in accordance to overall outreach campaigns and goals
    Monitor mailboxes and other media channels and respond to requests
    Maintain and organize departmental documents according to TPM standards and protocols

    Additional Duties and Requirements
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience required
    At least three (3) years of professional experience developing and implementing a variety of outreach and promotional activities, communication strategies, materials, techniques, and tools required
    Experience and knowledge of social media and virtual outreach strategies
    Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations for the public
    Knowledge of data quality measurements methodology and reporting tools
    Analytical skills and ability to utilize data to improve and refine services to meet customer needs
    Excellent computer skills, including graphics and reports design
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
    Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
    Preferred experience includes:
    Understanding of SSI or SSDI policies and programs
    Familiarity with Social Security work incentives and benefits
    Experience working with a diverse universe of government, for-profit and not-for-profit service providers
    Certified as a Community Work Incentive Coordinator (CWIC), Work Incentive Practitioner, or Benefits Planner
    Familiarity with Social Security's Ticket to Work program
    Strong history of communications, marketing and/or Ticket to Work customized materials development
    Experience in event planning and facilitation
    Experience in multimedia production and strategies
    Proficiency and knowledge of Desktop Publisher software
    Experience generating reports using spreadsheet software such as Excel

    Minimum Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
    - May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    - Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.

    - Contribute to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
    - Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
    - Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
    - Communicate on complex or sensitive issues or draft responses for supervisor or manager.
