    Job Description Summary

    • Ensure site tickets are fulfilled in a timely manner
    • Perform maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, and light construction
    • Maintain vendor files
    • Update and maintain spreadsheets
    • Repair equipment and move furniture
    • Conduct daily walkthroughs inside the building, as well as outdoors around building, in parking lot, and grounds
    • Work with contractors on building and equipment repairs
    • Manage waste and ensure proper recycling and shredding
    • Ensure city, state, and federal mandated inspections are complete
    • Ensure everyone in the building has authorized access
    • Assign proper credentials and access rights to security systems
    • Ensure doors, security cameras, and systems are working properly and repair as needed


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Perform maintenance duties.
    - Work with contractors on building and equipment repairs.
    - Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
    - Conduct audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences.
    - Manage waste and ensure proper recycling and shredding.
    - Oversees landscaping activities, including the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow.
    - Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

    Minimum Requirements:
    - High School diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
    - May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    - Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
    - Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
