    Job Description Summary

    *This position is contingent upon award

    The Quality Assurance Specialist establishes and maintains all procedures to ensure adherence to performance metrics and Standard Operating Procedures.

    Job Duties:
    •Develops and maintains workflow diagrams to identify when quality control will be conducted.
    •Identifies quality issues, recommends and implements solutions.
    •Develops and submits quality control reports, validates data entry, and inspects work to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
    •Reviews and edits documentation and graphics for accuracy against original content and conducts quality control checks against documentation received from copying.

    Education and Experience:
    •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, emphasizing computer science, management information systems, preferred or equivalent work experience.
    •A minimum of five (5) years’ experience supporting Quality Assurance efforts.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Analyze and develop routine and ad hoc reports on project performance and researches and suggest solutions to identified issues.
    - Make recommendations to quality monitoring procedures and standards guidelines based on analysis of changes to policies, processes, systems, or measures.
    - Assess the effectiveness of programs developed and/or administered and develop a means of measuring such effectiveness.

    Minimum Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
    - Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
    - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
    - Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
    - Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
