    Job Description Summary

    Document Technician will prep, scan and index electronic and paper files.

    Job Duties:
    •Retrieve files daily.
    •Prep files for scanning according to established policies and procedures.
    •Scan records according to established policies and procedures.
    •When necessary, index files according to established policies and procedures.
    •Respond to any records requests.

    Education Required:
    High School diploma or G.E.D. required.

    Skills / Knowledge Required:
    •Ability to perform assigned tasks timely with high quality.
    •Strong organizational skills.
    •Adherence to Document Management protocols.
    •Good communication skills-interpersonal, verbal and listening skills.
    •Ability to work with a diverse population and understand needs of others.
    •Planning and organizing work and the work of others.
    •Perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Run and distribute various database reports at scheduled times according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    - Respond to user requests for reports and answer general questions from users related to system access and usage.
    - Following approved SOP, add, remove, and modify user accounts in Oracle Hyperion reporting system.
    - Follow procedures to provide routine system maintenance and support for various databases, to include Extract,
    - Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
    - Support internal quality and validation and verification of reports and functionality during system upgrades and data migrations.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

    Minimum Requirements:
    - High School diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
