    Job Description Summary

    Oversee the Data Analytics & Reporting staff and activities, in support of multiple clinical and complex programs. Anticipate and respond to ad hoc program needs. Demonstrate flexibility in response to program needs. Present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a Department of knowledgeable and effective Business, Data and /or Reporting Analysts.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Manage an effective clinical data analytics and reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity

    - Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the department and manages the development of routine and ad hoc reports

    - Evaluate the need for and ensures the provision of reporting necessary for operations

    - Provide staff with up-to-date statistics on applicable programs, community resources, and options for enrollees

    - Provide contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for the project, corporate, and the state

    - Produce Performance Standards Analysis Report and Systems Health Report

    - Coordinate and evaluates the work of the Analysts

    - Develop and maintain reports for multiple complex clinical programs across multiple portfolios

    - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract and project requirements

    - Work closely with staff and other Departments to generate requested reports

    Minimum Requirements:

    - Applicable people management experience

    - Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills

    - Cable of working independently and as a team member

    - Able to use spreadsheet and database software

    - Able to understand and evaluate complex processes for analysis and testing purposes

    - Capable of developing and executing test plans

    - Capable of to developing and managing staff

    - Able to perform comfortably in a fast paced, deadline oriented work environment

    - Able to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously

    - Clinical Assessment and Clinical Algorithm experience preferred
