    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Provide direction for desktop publishing functions, administrative support, security, control and distribution of proposals or other documents.
    - Determine style, techniques and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform with production requirements.
    - Supervise final production, including word processing, graphics, desktop publishing and production for draft and final proposal production of all assigned proposals.
    - Develop and update plans, schedules, materials and files, as directed.
    - Coordinate graphics, desktop publishing, proofreading and production support for all assigned proposals, including drafts, review team copies, final submission and post-submission responses.
    - Discuss graphics and text requirements at various stages of completion and make necessary changes as determined by the Proposal Manager.
    - Proof work to minimize errors; rework errors.
    - Prepare and maintain proposal schedules and workspace.
    - Perform compliance checks.
    - Assist Proposal Managers in development and update of Proposal Management Plans.
    - Manage SharePoint proposal site content and user right access administration in coordination with the Proposal Manager.
    - Train proposal writers on the use of the proposal template and SharePoint at kickoff.
    - Download and distribute copies of RFPs and related bid documents to the proposed team.
    - Prepare archives of proposals following final submission.
    - Support Proposal Managers with proposal development activities, team communications and document control in support of the proposal development process.

    Minimum Requirements:
    - High School diploma with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years experience.
    - May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    - Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
    - Understands implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.
    - Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
