The Sr Medical Services Recruiter engages in the full lifecycle of Medical Services recruiting, ensuring both the candidate and hiring team are satisfied customers.
The Business Analyst (BA) assists with defining, analyzing and documenting business requirements for one or more Maximus solutions. The BA will work directly with the business analyst manager, other business analysts, product managers and software developers to identify business rules, use cases and expected behavior for new product functionality, and form those rules into user stories and other technical documentation. The successful candidate will bring experience in technical business analysis, requirements management and technical documentation. The BA will assist in the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and assist in managing a project’s scope and the software acceptance process.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Capability to write User Stories and Use Cases• Led customer requirements sessions, either elicitation or validation• Created or understand RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)• Prepared work flows or diagrams, could be process flows or other business process diagrams• Worked with various types of requirements (Functional, Non-Functional, User, System)• Participate in discovery sessions between product managers, software developers and UX designers to help design and build innovative software solutions to complex healthcare business problems.• Gather business requirements and break them down into relevant, accurate and detailed functional requirements and user stories.• Participate in technical design meetings between architects and developers to help gather and document their technical solutions to the business problems for which you are defining requirements.• Participate in status meetings with business stakeholders and product management.• Participate in backlog grooming sessions to help define new functionality, enhancement requests and software fixes, as well as to answer questions from software developers, architects, and QA analysts so they can accurately estimate • Work closely with the business analyst manager, product manager and development manager to help create and shape release plans.• Review unit tests and quality assurance test cases to ensure they cover all of the relevant business scenarios.EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a business analyst role or equivalent position; Medicaid experience is preferred.

JOB OVERVIEW: The Enrollment Broker travels throughout assigned county, working primarily in applicants' places of residence. Conducts intake visits for waiver applicants and acts as a facilitator for the eligibility determination. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Travels throughout assigned counties, working primarily in applicants' places of residence- Conducts intake visits for HCBS applicants and acts as a facilitator for the eligibility determination process, providing assistance from the time individuals are identified as potential participants in an HCBS program to the time they are enrolled as participants or are terminated from the intake process- Presents and discusses the concept of HCBS programs, and advises applicants of their rights and responsibilities- Assists with application submission, including data entry of the Compass Application- Assists applicants with selecting an MCO, Life Provider or Supports Coordinators that best meet their needs, ensuring consumer control is maintained throughout the application process- Assists with developing relationships with community-based organizations, advocates and stakeholders to gather feedback on improving the application process and removing barriers to enrolling in HCBS waiver programs- Fosters and maintains relationships with parties serving our mutual consumers, including physicians, County Assistance Offices, providers, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities- Facilitates the efficiency of the application process, ensuring any stalled cases receive extra attention and supportEDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; preferably in Social Work or Human Services Field. A minimum of 12 college credit hours in social services fields and 3 year of applicable experience may be accepted as alternative to a Bachelor’s degree.

Maximus is currently hiring for a Lead Intake Support Coordinator to support our C-YES (Children and Youth Evaluation Services) Program.The Lead Intake Family Support Coordinator works closely with their assigned Family Support Coordinator team to support the case management and provide support to team supervisor. The Family Support team is the ‘face’ of the Children Youth Evaluation Service (C-YES) for Help-line callers, consumers, State partners and referring providers. This position will create referral records and conduct consistent follow up to ensure efficient processing of all new referrals. The incumbent will monitor the C-YES Helpline and provide answers to basic questions about the C-YES program, knowing when to take a message and escalate to a supervisor or the assigned FSC. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a passion to provide superior customer service. The position will be office-based with all consumer/referent support occurring via telephone in a call center environment.
