The Talent Acquisition Partner is a subject matter expert in recruiting for clinical positions (RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, DOs). The Talent Acquistion Partner is experienced in all aspects of recruiting; attracting candidates through a variety of standard and creative sourcing methods, posting positions and managing candidate flow, screening and recommending placement of staff (internal and external) while adhering to Company and project policies, processes and requirements. This position will primarily focus on the recruitment of clinical staff; both contractors and direct Maximus hires. The incumbent will be fluent with basic recruiting metrics and able to manage a consistent volume of requisitions. The incumbent will partner with Department and program management to develop and maintain a clinical retention program(s) for purposes of meeting/maintaining staffing levels.
