Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | - Maintain updated knowledge of the Enrollment and Eligibility performance requirements as well as corporate and project policies and procedures. | - Provide assistance and updates to staff regarding these policies and procedures. | - Provide direction to staff when complaints and appeals are escalated to management level. | - Responsible for identifying and resolving issues, problems, and concerns with employees. | - Address inadequate quality issues with Supervisory team in relation to reviews and corrections of applications and appeals. | - Compile and analyze weekly statistics and completes daily and weekly reports.  | - Monitor performance goals and objectives for the Enrollment and Eligibility Staff.  | - Coach teams, set expectations, conduct performance appraisals and provide career development, corrective action and recognition for assigned staff.  | - Monitor and evaluate performance, writes performance appraisals and provides corrective actions as needed. | - Evaluate the need for training to ensure that staff maintains current knowledge of multiple programs. | - Provide the Sr. Manager and Director with updates on all issues regarding quality, training, policy, procedures, staff issues and departmental performance levels. | - Perform other duties as may be assigned.
