Maximus is seeking a Facilities Specialist to join the Real Estate/Facilities department with a mission to provide excellent customer service to create a productive, safe and secure work environment. The Facilities Specialist will oversee the Baltimore, Maryland facility, in addition to, assisting other Maximus regional facility sites within the DC area as needed. This is a 100% onsite position with 3 days in Baltimore, MD and 1-2 days traveling to other regional sites within the DC area as needed. The Facilities Specialist will have strong involvement with financial analysis with a heavy emphasis for career growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manages Identity and Access Management procesess- Security access management process support and tracking- Account and access request support and tracking- Ad-hoc data call support- Lead the development of software solutions that will meet or exceed business requirements; the development effort includes designing and implementing modules to the system specifications, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting issues and producing detailed proposals to resolve issues.- Evaluate new coding techniques, tools, modules, and implementation as appropriate.- Lead and mentor entry and mid-level developers.- Consult on requirements elicitation and definition.- Design software solutions per systems requirements.- Code software solutions per designs.- Code reviews, unit test, and integrate coded modules.- Assist other developers in resolving issues by providing guidance and training.- Support testing and remediate defects.- Support users through troubleshooting and analysis of production logs and data.- Investigate new solutions, tools, products, and techniques to incorporate into coding standards.- Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in related field required.- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.- 2+ years of Sailpoint (Identify and Access Mgt) experience- Experience with role-based access provisioning. developing custom roles, provisioning workflows, standard and custom connector design and implementation, as well as access certification and reviews Design and development experience with governance and certification workflows- 3+ years of Java, BeanShell, XML and web services development experience- Experience with SSB and Deployment Accelerator- Ability troubleshoot complicated technical issues- Experience with knowledge management/collaboration software, such as Confluence, and source control, such as Subversion- Powershell & shell scriptingAdditional Requirements as per contract/client: - Must reside in the U.S.- Must be a U.S. citizen.- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans.- Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance. Maximus is currently looking for an International Veteran Liaison Officer to join our Veterans Evaluation Services team. This is a temporarily remote position. The International Veteran Liaison Officer is responsible for addressing veteran concerns, disputes and issues in a timely and respectful manner.
We have an exciting remote opportunity for the CoverVA project to lead and facilitate remote training classes as well as some content/materials development responsibilities.
Quality Analysts (Medical) supporting the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) administered by Maximus, make an impact everyday by reviewing Medical Disability Examination (“MDE”) reports and Disability Benefits Questionnaires (“DBQs”) generated by medical providers on Veterans evaluated on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (the “VA”). The QA works closely with medical providers to ensure MDE reports and DBQs are consistent with the quality and timeliness requirements of the VA. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
